CCB Approves Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Series: On September 11, 2003, the Connecticut Certification Board, Inc. approved a number of the courses CT Nonprofits is offering this fall for Category 1 for those individuals seeking re-certification. These courses will meet the requirements toward 1) initial certification as a drug and alcohol counselor, 2) toward re-certification, and 3) toward certification in co-occurring disorders treatment.
